Empty Lots on Avenue For Rent

Leo Serian plays a little football in the empty lot on Greenpoint Avenue, between 41st & 42nd Street.  This now active commercial shopping area houses our member La Pollera Colorada Restaurant along with other merchants. The Morton Bros. billboard is looking to sell this plot of land.
