Edebohls Ice Cream Parlor
 

 For teenagers growing up in Sunnyside in the late thirties and forties this picture needs no introduction. Everyone went to "Edebohls Ice Cream Parlor", located on the corner of Queens Boulevard and 47th Street. This picture was taken in the 40's, we have been told that the best home made ice cream came from Edebohl's. Soda shops were the meeting place for the teenagers in those day. People came from surrounding areas just for the famous home made ice creams Edebohls made.
