Christmas Lights of Greenpoint Avenue

The Greenpoint Avenue Merchants Association in 1957 saw to it that there were Holiday lights on Greenpoint Avenue. This Merchants group mainly took care of the holiday light program and a few merchant circulars but disbanded in later years, for lack of interest or participation.. This Merchants Group only worked on Greenpoint Avenue and never wanted to be part of the Chamber of Commerce.
