Metropolitan Housing Ground Breaking

We are happy we received this picture just in time, it was starting to crumble. They had a little girl holding a American flag posing in a steam shovel as part of their ground breaking ceremony. The construction was by Henry C. Irons & Sons, New York City, Photographer was Frank F. Evans. (August 16th, 1922)
