Tutoring
Who: Students from local elementary school, 1st through 6th grade, and senior Citizen and high school student tutors.
What: Tutors help students with their homework and academic areas that need special attention and participants play educational games and work on
Projects together.
When: Mondays and Tuesdays from 3-5 Pm
Where: Senior Center, 43-31 39th Street

Sharing
Who:  Students from a fourth grade class and senior citizens
What:  Participants do oral history projects, make gifts for the homebound and
enjoy cultural explorations
When:  Thursday, 1-2 pm

Senior Teachers
 
Who:  Seniors from the center and high school students
What:  Senior share their hand experience of historical events

Days Beauty. Local cosmetology students treat the seniors to facials, manicures, and haircuts several times a year.
Holiday Meals on Wheels: Local children and parents deliver Meals on Wheels at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
