You can become a vendor with Clearview Festivals online.

To start the process please click here.
This will provide you a step-by-step guide to becoming a vendor with Clearview
Festival. After you fill in the information a Vendor Number and Password will be
emailed to you within 2 of hours (at most 24 hours). You can use this Vendor
Number and Password to sign up for events online. Just select your events and
then print your permit automatically.
To register by fax please Download the Registration form and fax to (646)
230-0718. This can take up to 78 hours.
Before you begin you will need these items :
1. You must have a NYS Sales Tax ID Number
(There is no charge for this)
