Monday March 27th, 2000 marked the opening of the Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce new suite of offices at  LaGuardia Community College. A special presentation  was made to the Borough's President, Claire Shulman of an original water color of the Sunnyside Arch by the artist Simon Donakian member of the Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce.
